Will parents actually use it?+
They already have their phone out at pickup. The pass is a link they open once and it stays ready after that. Nothing to install, no kiosk to queue at, nothing to print.
What about grandparents, nannies, and carpools?+
You approve them the same way you approve anyone else: add them to the child's authorized list, or issue a one-time pass for a single afternoon.
What if a parent does not carry a smartphone?+
Keep your paper list exactly where it is. Staff can release manually and log it, and that release still lands in the same day's record.
Do families see each other's information?+
No. A guardian sees their own children, their own passes, and their own pickup history. Never another family's roster or schedule.
Will parents think we are tracking them?+
There is no location tracking in the app or on the device. The only thing recorded is who collected which child, and when.
How do we explain it in a newsletter?+
Pilot centres get a short plain-language blurb and a sign-up link to paste into the update you already send. Two paragraphs, no jargon, no IT instructions.
Ask us the one we missed.
Send your question with your centre details and we will answer it in writing, not with a brochure.
